The app does not collect, sell, share, or transmit your personal data. Music files, artwork, lyrics, listening activity, playlists, and audio preferences are processed and stored on your device.

Scope

This policy applies to the iPhone application currently listed as Offline Music Player Equalizer, developed by KenshiLabs and powered by the Quartz music player.

Information We Do Not Collect

The app contains no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking technologies, data brokers, or developer-operated servers. We do not collect personal identifiers, device identifiers, location, contacts, listening history, diagnostics, advertising identifiers, or cross-app activity.

Music and On-Device Information

The app processes information necessary to provide offline playback, including:

This information remains inside the app's private storage on your device and is not uploaded to KenshiLabs. It remains there until you remove it or uninstall the app.

System Access

The app uses Apple's document picker so you decide which music files or folders to import. Local preferences and file metadata are used only for app functionality, such as remembering settings, organizing imported music, and displaying file information. They are not used to identify or track you.

Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, social, or tracking services. Apple may independently process App Store transactions and operating-system diagnostics under Apple's Privacy Policy; KenshiLabs does not receive your payment details.

Support Communications

If you voluntarily contact support by email, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. This information is used only to answer your request, is not sold or used for advertising, and may be deleted upon request unless retention is required for security or legal reasons.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children or any other users.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the revised policy and effective date will be published at this URL. Material changes to the app's data practices will also be reflected in its App Store privacy disclosures.
